Using the private health.gov.au website, Medibank Private was able to categorise their funds against other and provide more information to aid in the ever confusing health insurance buying process. The use of avatars allow the user to personalise their experience.

Nude Designs create inspirational lighting, interiors and home automation schemes. They asked us to design a new corporate identity and website that would appeal to their discerning clients.

The logo has a contemporary, minimal feel that plays off the company name. For the website, we used subtle lighting effects alongside elegant typography and portfolio images.

An integrated content management system enables Nude to add project images to a gallery, keeping the site’s content fresh.

The online benefits division of Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT) commissioned Kyan to help them brand, promote and build the interface for their new pension reporting tool, BenPal.

Kyan’s involvement in the project ranged from creating the Corporate identity: logo design and branding, designing the promotional website for the service BenPal.com, as well as designing the customer-facing interface and back-office admin console.

We also designed and built a Pension Calculator in Flash that models a user’s projected retirement fund using the latest figures provided by the BenPal backend in realtime.

Monroe Consulting Group wanted their web presence to be focused on attracting quality candidates for their permanent, contract and temporary roles as well as providing business development to attract new clients. They wanted their website to “standout” and be different with the aim to redefine recruitment in Australia.

Wiliam’s Solution:
With the client’s objectives in mind, Wiliam designed a recruitment web solution like no other recruitment in Australia with visually stimulating imagery with strong branding and bright colours. The design heavily featured Monroe Consulting’s key message of “Do you fit in” realising that not every candidate fits the corporate mould.
The Monroe Consulting site now allows possible candidates to search through positions available throughout their network of available positions and apply directly online. Possible candidates can also directly send Monroe Consulting their resume for any future positions.

Successful Outcome:
Monroe Consulting has found that the new website has significantly increased traffic to the site which has resulted in more candidates applying for positions. The site has also generated enquiries for new clients, requesting them to undertake recruitment.
Overall, the website development has created a solid brand presence for Monroe Consulting Group, cementing them as a leader of corporate recruitment in Australia.
