Hawaiian Airlines looked to Sapient to not only enhance the overall look of their web site, but to create a new class of service, Coach Plus, which allows for more checked baggage, no change fees, and includes a discount certificate for inter-island flight. The site now also allows for car rental, airport transfers, and lei greeting to be added to the booking flow.
